We work alongside executives to help them with their career transformation, whether they are currently in a role, starting a new one, trying to navigate a new direction, or stuck in an organisation and not sure of the next step. We also work with them if they require outplacement support when leaving a company.

2. Preparing for transformation

Having established your vision, it’s time to review your personal brand. We will zone in on your strength and experience and make sure that your online presence showcases your talent in the best possible way. We’ll also explore your network to see who you can tap in to get you to where you want to be.

3. Moving onwards and upwards

This phase is about putting a plan into action as you prepare to interview for your next role. We’ll act as your sounding board and help you sharpen interview techniques and practice, making sure you are ready for the next steps.

4. Supporting future growth

As you negotiate and accept your new role, we stay by your side, prepping you so that you can hit the ground running, and supporting you during the first hundred days to make sure that you are happy and that all is well.
