For over ten years, Ascend has been challenging, developing, and supporting leaders through our bespoke coaching and development programmes. We have distilled our leadership development programmes to create a powerful, modular mini-series of virtual development journeys based on research and neuroscience.
These journeys are a blend of facilitated discussion, peer learning, and insightful and impactful content. To maximise the value for participants, each journey has been carefully structured over a series of sessions.
