The 6 key indicators of High Potential

The High Potential Diagnostic is based on the latest research that identifies the six key indicators as to whether someone has the potential to excel in more senior and challenging positions.

The HPD’s six dimensions provide the framework for managers with line of sight of relevant colleagues to make informed decisions relating to someone’s potential based on what they have observed in the workplace. We do not base these decisions on how good a person is at interviews or how well they perform at a variety of tests in a dark room, but on real work-related evidence.
